- Full access to Evaluate for 14 days. Unlimited briefs, full exports. No credit card required to start.
- Can I upgrade from Evaluate to Strategize later?
- Yes, anytime. Your briefs and history carry over. Most teams start with Evaluate to test the output, then upgrade when they're ready to upload their portfolio and define their model.
- What data is included?
- All plans include Census/ACS demographics, Foursquare POI for competition, and state license records where available. No additional data fees.
- Do you charge per report or per seat?
- Neither. Flat monthly price, unlimited briefs, unlimited users. We want you to evaluate more sites, not fewer.
- What counts as a "location" in Strategize?
- Any store, clinic, restaurant, or facility you upload as part of your portfolio. Competitor locations you upload don't count against the limit.
- Can I upload more than 500 locations?
- Yes—Enterprise removes the cap. If you're between 400-600 locations, reach out and we'll find the right fit.
- What if I need API access but not 500+ locations?

- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes. Annual plans are ~15% less than monthly. We also offer quarterly billing for teams that need it.
